If you hide a key outside so you wont get locked out of the house put it back after you use it. It doesn't do you any good if it is locked in the house with your other set of keys.
So how did you get back in the house? I've climbed through a slightly open bathroom window a time or two over the years. My son and daughter have keys to my house, but they live an hour away, so that's not much help.
Luckily, Swimminginlaundry had a key and she was home. So, now I have a key for the back door and the front door hid out. I'm just lucky I had my cell phone with me so I could call her.
I became a widow on March 17, 2007. My husband was killed while a passenger in a private plane. Knowing he died doing something he loved doesn't help. He is gone. I am also a mother and a super-gramma to 3 beautiful grandchildren. July 31, 2007, was our 41st wedding anniversary.
